Yes. Parking is unassigned, and you are allowed one passenger vehicle per lease signer.

Yes! Two animal maximum per apartment. Some breed restrictions may apply. Contact the Leasing Office for further details.

Yes, only on three month leases with an additional monthly charge of $600-$700 per month.

Once all information needed to process the application has been received, final processing generally takes about 48 hours.

All payments must be made online via the resident portal or through a participating WIPS payment location. Using the resident portal, you can pay with a checking or savings account at no cost, or you may use a credit or debit card with an additional convenience fee. Using the option to pay at a participating WIPS location, this is similar to purchasing a money order and convenience fees may apply.

We no longer require renter's insurance. Our community participates in the Property Damage Liability Waiver (PDLW) program.

Optimum and CenturyLink for cable and internet.

Your lease provides for a termination fee if you need to end your lease before the end of the contracted term. Other options may be available. Consult Leasing Consultant for additional details.

Contact APS for electric and UniSource for gas. Water/rubbish/sewer are billed monthly from the community.

Residents are responsible for all utilities. Water/rubbish/sewer charges will be billed monthly by the community in addition to the monthly rent.

The Property Damage Liability Waiver (PDLW) program is an automatic monthly fee that waives your obligation to the property owner for damages resulting from accidental damages (fire, smoke, sewer, water discharge, etc.) caused by your accidental acts or omissions. The monthly fee for the PDLW will be reflected on your lease and charged as part of your monthly rental charges. The PDLW is not personal rental insurance and does not provide coverage for personal property in your apartment home.

From Milton Road heading north, turn left onto University Avenue, and go straight past the stop sign. We are on the right.

Future Residents

Applications are completed online through our community website. Application, payment of a $200.00 holding deposit, all non-refundable application fees, and a signed and dated Reservation Form are needed in order to reserve your apartment.

Employment, Income, Rental History, Credit, and Criminal background information are a part of our screening process.

There are no stupid questions! If you are unsure, ask. Let us know it is your first time renting and we are happy to assist your process.
