Did you know September is Maintenance Appreciation Month? We’re so lucky to have an awesome Maintenance Crew! This week, we’re putting the focus on our Maintenance Supervisor, Bruce!

Bruce is an awesome Maintenance Supervisor. He is some one that will go above and beyond. Our maintenance issues are always fixed the same day, unless we have to order parts or there is an emergency. Bruce has stated before that he loves the grounds at University Square; it’s almost like working in a park every day.

Whether you saw it or not, during the month of August Bruce was often there to save the day as we prepared University Square to welcome all our new residents! During a time when we were swamped with apartment turns, we had to make a last minute move to help a resident out. Bruce came in on his day off, off the clock, to get the apartment ready … because that’s how much he cares about helping our residents!

We’re so lucky to have Bruce as part of the University Square family! If you see Bruce out and about on property, be sure to stop him and say thanks for all he does to make our community great! Or just say “Hi” … we guarantee you it will make your day a little better!
